About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Transformation Team who will support and coordinate assigned transformation initiatives within the organization with the aim of improving process efficiency, service quality, and overall team performance.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of assigned transformation and automation initiatives in line with strategic priorities, approved scope, timelines, budget, and expected benefits.

  • Defines the objectives, scope, business case, benefits, risks, dependencies, and implementation plan for individual initiatives.

  • Coordinates cooperation across cross-functional teams, expert units, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and successful implementation of change.

  • Identifies, designs, and implements process, operational, and technology improvements by leveraging automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, service quality, and customer experience and translates them into actionable solutions.

  • Ensures analytical and process preparation of initiatives, including process mapping, risk identification, metric definition, and delivery monitoring.

  • Supports communication, change management, and change adoption with a focus on stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and sustainability of outcomes.

  • Tracks, evaluates, and reports achieved benefits, return on investment, and benefit realization following implementation.

  • Provides expert guidance, methodological support, and mentoring within the team and contributes to the development of internal transformation and automation capabilities.

  • Contributes to the development of standards, methodologies, frameworks, and tools for managing transformation and automation initiatives across the organization.

  • Takes over technical knowledge from colleagues in agreed areas of transformation and automation activities in order to effectively fulfil the role of subject matter owner.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (an exception may be approved by the manager based on the candidate’s profile and expertise)

  • Proven professional experience in transformation, project or program management, process improvement, automation, or consulting

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholder groups

  • Experience in the financial sector and IT environment

  • Advanced working knowledge of the Linux operating system, generative AI, automation platforms, workflow tools, SQL, reporting, and monitoring tools, including experience in using them to design sustainable and efficient transformation and automation initiatives

  • Practical experience in IT infrastructure, the ITIL framework, IT service management principles, SLA metrics, measurement, and reporting

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and coordination skills

  • Strategic, analytical, and systemic thinking

  • Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and manage risks effectively

  • Ability to lead collaboration across teams without direct formal authority

  • Experience managing initiatives, projects, or workstreams in a complex organizational environment

  • Strong technical and digital skills, including knowledge of automation and data

  • Jira, Confluence

  • Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and transformation methodologies and their practical application

  • English – fluent written and spoken

Special know-how:

  • Advanced knowledge of project, process, and change management, including the management of complex change initiatives

  • Advanced MS Office knowledge

  • Knowledge of IT environments, enterprise architecture, system integrations, and digital solutions
