Trainee OpenApi & Data Streaming Team
About the role
The trainee will join a structured trainee program within the IT DDS team, gaining experience with OpenAPI and Data Streaming solutions, as well as Agile work methods. This role aims to build analytical, technical, communication, and coordination skills while assisting Agile teams in delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
The trainee will work closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company, contributing to technical and operational tasks related to APIs, integrations, and streaming platforms.
Responsibilities
• Work under the supervision of the IT DDS manager and senior team members in a supportive environment.
• Assist Agile teams with analytical, operational, and coordination activities.
• Help prepare technical documentation, meeting materials, and internal presentations.
• Participate in analyzing and documenting OpenAPI/Data Streaming specifications and integration requirements.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining technical and process documentation, such as Confluence pages and API documentation.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including refinements, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Transform technical inputs into clear written materials, summaries, and internal articles.
• Gain experience with modern integration technologies, API management, and event-driven architecture concepts.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to learn about company processes and IT DDS solutions.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills as part of the Trainee Program and future career opportunities.
Personality requirements and skills
University graduate (or final-year student), preferably in technical or project management field.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand technical topics at a general level.
Interest in IT topics without the need for deep technical specialization or development focus.
Ability to work with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) and create structured outputs.
Good communication skills and ability to process and simplify information.
Proactive approach, curiosity, and willingness to learn across various topics.
