We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for managing the IT Governance area within the RPC. If you are passionate about modern IT processes, vendor management, financial planning, and want to lead a team shaping the IT environment of the entire organization, you are the ideal candidate.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Leading the IT Governance team – managing tasks, development, motivation, and performance of team members.

  • Ensuring planning, management, and effective utilization of the IT budget in cooperation with management and the finance department.

  • Managing relationships with key IT vendors and hosting partners, and overseeing the fulfilment of SLAs.

  • Evaluating vendor services, preparing strategic reports, and proposing optimization measures.

  • Coordinating audit activities, the IT Process Framework, and governance processes in line with corporate and regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001).

  • Overseeing IT asset management and leading the asset management function.

  • Managing operational IT activities – incident handling, problem management, and change requests in cooperation with vendors.

  • Ensuring governance activities within the RPC2 area and close cooperation with the RBI IT Head Office.

Who are we looking for?

  • An experienced leader with proven expertise in IT Governance, IT Service Management, IT planning, or vendor management.

  • A professional who understands IT financial planning and can manage budgets effectively.

  • A candidate with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead both senior and junior colleagues.

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (DORA, NIS2), ITIL, ISO 27001 or experience with audits is an advantage.
